Don't Be Fooled! My Nightmare with Their 'Next Day Delivery' Scam 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this online glasses store. My experience was infuriating, and I feel compelled to share it. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery" on a simple, non-prescription order. Days later, after my order still hadn't shipped, I had to fight through a maze of automated bots just to speak to a human about getting my money back for a service I never received. This was our conversation.
Customer: I placed an order on the 18th and paid $19.95 for next-day delivery. It’s now the 24th, and it was just delivered. I want my shipping fee refunded.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay. Our "next day delivery" applies after the standard 3-day processing time for the order.
Customer: That's completely misleading. The site said "eligible for next day delivery," not "next day delivery after we take three days to put plano lenses in a box." I emailed six times with no response. I want my $19.95 back.
CS Rep: You are right to be upset, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the confusion at checkout. I have processed a full refund of the $19.95 shipping fee. You should see it back in your account within 5-7 business days.
Customer: Fine. Just process the refund. But because of this, I won't be a customer anymore. The service is terrible.
CS Rep: I understand completely. The refund is on its way. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I am sorry we lost you as a customer.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
