Weeks of Waiting, No Package, No Refund: My GlassesUSA Horror Story ⚠️
I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. After weeks of waiting for my order with no updates, I had to contact customer service, which was a nightmare in itself. My honest conclusion is this: buying from GlassesUSA was the most frustrating shopping experience that I’ve had in a long time. They will offer you no visibility into the status of your order, and their response anytime you ask will always inevitably amount to “not to worry, please allow another 1-2 business days for an update”. That update will never come, nor will the product that you paid for.
Customer: My order was marked "shipped" three weeks ago, but both DHL and USPS confirm they never received the package. What is going on? CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Please allow me a moment to check. I see the note here. Not to worry, please allow another 1-2 business days for an update from our delivery team. Customer: That's the exact same thing I was told last week! You guys just read from a script. The carriers don't have the package. Where is it? CS Rep: I apologize for the delay. I have sent an urgent request to the delivery team for you. They will get back to you with an update shortly. Customer: An update isn't good enough. You have my money and I have nothing. This feels like a scam. I want a refund processed now. CS Rep: I'm sorry, but I can't process a refund until we receive confirmation from the delivery team about the package's status.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
