They still haven't sent my refund for an order I never even received! They have $246 of my hard-earned money from an order placed back on February 24th, and the tracking number shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I kept trying to get a response for a refund, but all I got were bot responses saying it was "in transit." I felt compelled to leave a review and speak with customer service because this company is atrocious, and it took filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies just to get them to agree to a refund.
Customer: My order #105081183. It's been over a month, I never received my glasses, and I can't get a refund! All I get are these automated messages. Where is my money? CS Rep: I apologize sincerely for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you. I see your order was placed on February 24th, and tracking shows it's been delayed.
