Customer Service Nightmare: A Simple Mistake Turned Into Chaos 🤯
I'm writing this to warn others about my frustrating experience with GlassesUSA. I simply wanted to correct a shipping address mistake—a mistake I fully admit was my own—but the process turned into a complete nightmare. After being bounced between representatives who all gave me different stories, I came to a clear conclusion: their Customer Service is a joke! My shipping address auto-filled the wrong zipcode and I didn't notice until after the order was placed. I fully accept this was my fault and have been trying to work with customer service to fix it. Everyone "guarantees" whatever they tell you but so far none of them have been right and I keep having to call back to try and fix it because of it. Everyone I spoke to told me a completely different story, they make promises and tell you lies just to get you off the phone. It was after yet another failed promise that I felt compelled to call them one last time, hoping for a shred of real help.
Customer: This is my third call about order number 78552. The zipcode is wrong. The first person said it was fixed. The second said you couldn't change it. What is the real story? I just want to know where my package is.
CS Rep: I am so sorry for the conflicting information you've received; that sounds incredibly frustrating. Let me look into the exact status for you right now.
